Frequently Asked Questions

The Healy App crashes/immediately closes when connecting to the Healy and my iPhone.

This is usually due to another Bluetooth device being close to the smartphone and causing the app to crash. If you experience such an error, please check what other Bluetooth devices are in your area. Try positioning yourself in a different spot, with less Bluetooth devices, then start the Healy app again and it should run just fine.  

If you experience such an error, please report the name of the Bluetooth device that caused the error to Customer Support. This issue rarely happens, but knowing which device is causing it will help us to fix it.
