Healy World Products can be bought through its IHWMs only, while we process the payments and take care of shipping the same to the purchaser to maintain the integrity and deliver products to take care of your holistic wellbeing. The present policy only governs the business payment transactions and shipping of the products between you and our IHWMs. Therefore, it is recommended to make yourself familiar with this present policy.

It is to be noted that Healy World has no control over the payment gateways and as such it is highly recommended that you read their terms of use and other policy documents carefully as published on https://payu.in/

As we do not store any sensitive payment credentials such as Credit/Debit Card Numbers, CVV, Net banking log-in details, etc. and as such you might be required to enter the said credentials every time you place an order.

We do not charge any extra transaction charges from our IHWMS/ customers for using digital payment mode.

Shipping Policy

After confirmation of your order, we get ready to ship your products to you at the earliest and to ensure a quick and efficient delivery, we have partnered with some of the best shipping service providers. We ensure delivery to you within 15 days of your orders being placed and in case, we fail to fulfil our 15 days promise you have a right to cancel the order without attracting any penalties thereon. However, due to some unforeseen circumstances there maybe delays on case-to-case basis which we will keep you updated with. You can also contact us as per our consumer redressal policy to get updates on the status of your order.

However, we are unable to change addresses and/or choose preferred delivery speed. Any additional request, if accepted, may be chargeable separately and will be the actual charges which are being borne by the Company.
