Return Policy


We at Healy World aims to provide complete satisfaction by making our every device like it’s the only one. Our every device is created with just one aim, your complete satisfaction and it is sad when you feel unsatisfied with us. However, we believe in customer satisfaction and as such offer return, refund and even exchange. This policy specifically enumerates your rights of return and procedure involved therein.

Product Return

We offer you a 30-days return period on our Healy World products from its date of purchase. During these 30-days,you can return the product provided that the product is in currently marketable condition and free of any defects/ damage which is associated with wrong usage, handling etc. of the product. Any customer who wants to return a Healy product within the above-mentioned time, requires to contact our customer care by any of the various available modes of communication, namely over call, e-mail or by visiting our offices at various locations throughout the country.

The return process as enumerated herein starts after the goods/products are received by us and are verified to be in currently marketable conditions or have found to have any manufacturing defect/s, which means no issues which are attributed to usage/handling/tampering, among others. Post inspection of the returned product/s, if the products are found to be in currently marketable conditions then the refund process is initiated and the same is communicated to you. However, if the products are found to be not in marketable conditions then the same is communicated to the said person, with the option to have the said product shipped back to him/her.

Refund Process

After successful inspection, we try to refund the amount paid to us as soon as possible. However, the maximum time it can take us to process the refund is 30 days, commencing from the date of approval of your return request. Th amount is paid back through the same medium it was paid to us from and into the same account number through which we received the said sum. Under no circumstances, the amount can be refunded into any other account number. In cases where the product was purchased by cash payments, a cheque in the name of the person as mentioned on the invoice of the returned product will be issued and shipped to person as refund. The process is deemed complete when the said cheque is dispatched by us to the concerned person. In the calculation of the above-stated 30 days period, public holidays, bank holidays and circumstances out of the control of the Company (such as strikes, pandemic, act of god etc.) are not included.

We take every precaution/s and quality control/s to ensure that we deliver the best to you. However, we acknowledge that no process is impeccable. Therefore, we offer exchange for products which are defective. The exchange can be done within 10 days of the date of receiving the product/s. Any person having such a product needs to contact the customer care immediately and inform about the product
and issues related to it. The company then asks to preliminary assess the device’ conditions and if found to be true then gets the product/s sent back to us for inspection. If after inspection, the product is found to be defective then we exchange your product/s with a new one, which we hope to deliver the care we want our products to. The time which it takes for the exchange process to be completed is subject to maximum 30 days, the said period is exclusive of public holidays, company holidays and act of gods which makes it impossible for the Company to inspect/deliver or otherwise incapable of following through the exchange.
